Composer, performer, and PCGS professional member, Allen Krantz, has released his newest set of transcriptions: Three Late Weiss Sonatas.

A first for the classical guitar, this set of sonatas will be a welcome and essential addition to the repertoire. Along with smooth voicings and helpful, intuitive fingerings, Allen provides deep insights into the compositions, the composer, and his transcription process.

Fellow PCGS professional member, Jordan Peterson, interviewed Allen about his experience with transcribing works, gleaning deep insights into his method and helpful suggestions for those looking to play the pieces that might not have originally been intended for their instrument.
